Equally important, along with the state agencies numerous buisnesses maintain in-house IT departments that are oftenly far less productive and/or reliable than suppliers of professional IT services/solutions. By the way I was personally somewhat serprised of the expected growth in Latin America. In my personal view, the IT industry is temporarily caught in a (save for Latin America) worldwide stagnation. The reason therefor is, as mentioned by the article's author, the IT industry's merely supportive role. From my perspective, the governmental sector remains the main purchaser of IT services in Bulgaria. Equally important, along with the state agencies numerous buisnesses maintain in-house IT departments that are oftenly far less productive and/or reliable than suppliers of professional IT services/solutions.

By the way I was personally somewhat serprised of the expected growth in Latin America. In my personal view, the IT industry is temporarily caught in a (save for Latin America) worldwide stagnation.
